The liquid resin plate contains many different hardnesses on the same plate :

Since the hardness of each solid flexographic plate is fixed, if there is a dot pattern and a large area of solid part on the same printing plate at the same time, it cannot be taken into account. Usually, you can only choose to sacrifice the printing effect of dot or solid. Some people also meet the printing requirements by making two printing plates with different hardness. But in this way, the cost of plate making will rise, and if you encounter inseparable patterns, you will not be able to use this method.

The new liquid plate-making technology can produce a wide range of hardness from 30 to 52 degrees on the same printing plate. Applying the same printing pressure can simultaneously take into account the effect of dots, fine characters and large-area solid printing.
