All-in-One Liquid Plate making system, it consist of Main-exposure, Automatic Washout & Post-exposure sections in a single unit, it is light and portable, save working space.

 

It suitable for stamp maker & stereo rubber plate maker, it perform same as normal plate making system which improve current rubber cutting, it reduce in manpower cost, it will increase productivity as compare to rubber engraving.

Designed for corrugated box plant with in-house higher volume printing plate making requirement, or trade-shop. Plate making area from able to fulfill 65% - 85% of the market carton box size.

 

With PLC system & HDMI digital control touch screen, simplified plate making process; it can also be operate under manual mode. Imported Upper & lower glass been processing grinding to a very tight tolerance of ±0.05mm.

 

The movement of upper light compartment is speedy controlled by high precision screw track bar. Take in considering of finished plate quality, UV light intensity at the upper & lower light compartment has been designed to keep UV light source consistent and stable.
